Representative/Account Manager --
Full-time. This individual will be responsible for servicing an existing book
of Personal Lines accounts. They will manage current clients' accounts on a day
to day basis which includes billing, claims processing, endorsement processing,
issuing binders, cross selling and making coverage recommendations. This
individual will also be responsible for obtaining quotes for new and renewal
business. They will be required to maintain client files accurately and
consistently; provide proper documentation of files and proper communication to
all parties involved.
Job requirements: Good computer, communication and relationship building skills. Must be a self starter and team player. Would prefer someone with a minimum of two (2) years of personal lines experience. Background in AMS agency management systems would be a plus. Candidate should currently have a property and casualty license, or must obtain one within an agreed upon timeframe.
