We are looking for a responsible and motivated Personal Lines CSR Account Manager to service the needs of personal lines insurance clients. This mature candidate must be well organized, have a great work ethic and complete tasks in a timely manner. This position will report to the Chief Operations Officer. Applicants must have insurance agency and/or company experience.

This job duty includes, but not limited to:

  • Listening and evaluating client’s needs
  • Explaining and presenting products and services
  • Reviewing insurance applications to ensure that all questions have been answered
  • Compiling data on insurance policy changes
  • Changing policy records to conform to insured client’s specifications
  • Verifying the accuracy of insurance company records
  • Handling requests appropriately and timely


  • Excellent communcation and customer service skills
  • Able to establish strong rapport with personnel, customers and companies
  • Product knowledge in the insurance industry
  • Expertise to retain clients and request referrals through existing accounts
  • Previous work experience in the insurance field
  • Knowledge of agency management systems and procedures
  • Microsoft Office and English proficiency
  • Computer skills in programs such as; WinRater, Well versed in MA Auto Registry Procedures, Collaborative Edge/CGI, Document Scanning
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • High School degree
