Personal Lines Inside Sales To $70K+

We currently represent an Independent  Property and Casualty Insurance Agency in   Central MA that has an immediate need for a Personal Lines Inside Sales Executive.

This position can be agency based, TOTALLY REMOTE or a combination of the two.


This Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for selling Personal lines Insurance Policies to new and existing customers. 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Placement of incoming new business, remarketing requests for existing accounts as necessary, as well as cross-selling policies.
  • Contacting prospective new clients generated by a range of agency lead sources.
  • Outbound sales, following up on leads provided to present quotes.
  • Contact referral leads provided by agency personal lines account representatives.
  • Marketing/placing of new business for all policies referred by producers, or account representatives.
  • Performs other related duties as requested.

Skills and Abilities:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of personal lines experience selling Automobile, Homeowners, Dwelling fire, and Personal Umbrella risks.
  • Personal computer knowledge and experience such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. is required.  Prior experience with AMS 360 is preferred.
  • Knowledge of insurance applications and Registry of Motor Vehicles procedures.
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Must experience a commitment to exceed customer’s expectations.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizations.
  • The ability to multitask is a plus.
  • Ability to deal with and resolve problems.


  • Licensed agent status for the State of Massachusetts. Maintain current Property and Casualty License, including, but not limited to  CEU's.

Our client offers a compensation and benefits package for the right candidate including a base salary of up to $70K plus bonuses based on sales.
